Window Depot was recommended to us by a friend and they did not disappoint. We are very pleased with our new triple pane windows and triple pane slider door. The entire experience was a pleasure from purchasing to installation to final inspection of the windows. Great experience!
We had siding installed, and I can honestly recommend this company without reservation. The installers were exceptional, and the sales team and office staff were incredibly helpful. It is not often that I recommend a company, but this company deserves it.

Bob was very easy to deal with and not pushy. Walt and Jason were on time, had the old windows removed and installed bery efficienlty. The windows look great and i cant believe how quiet the house is!

Window Depot did a great job of replacing 17 Windows in our home. Walt and Jason were very conscientious about working in our home and not making a mess. Installation went very quickly and smoothly. The new windows are beautiful and do not look like "replacement" at all, they look like they are the original windows. Thank you, Window Depot, for a job well done!

From the start with Sales Rep Steve, he was knowledgeable, patient, not pushy at all, and helped me throughout the entire process! The installers did an amazing job as well! Installers did an awesome job. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Robert was a great help with the whole process, he was very informative and even walked us through the financing proces.

We did a whole house replacement with double hung windows on a brick home window depot did an excellent job from start to finish I would highly recommend them
They did a really nice job for me and my family. The prices were very fair and the service was actually better than any of the big guys I've dealt with before. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for home replacement windows to call these guys first!
Purchased new windows from Window Depot. From beginning to end, they were professional and always looking for ways to help. Robert was the advisor and he explained everything in detail including bringing a window to show us on his initial visit. The installers were top notch and did all 8 windows in a single day. The experience was GREAT!!! We got the triple pane windows and they are Awesome. The whole experience from Robert (the sales guu) to the guys who put the windows in I couldn't of been any happier!!! Walt who had to fix a botched window job he did a AWESOME JOB!!! I would highly recommend Window Depot!!!!

The guys installing were extremely friendly and very efficient. They took extra care to make sure they didn’t let our cat out, even when she persisted. The windows look absolutely amazing and are the perfect addition to recent home purchase. We would recommend Window Depot to all of our friends and family. Thank You Ed, Rich and team!!

Saw ad for this company on TV. Called for estimate and was very pleased from the reception ,through the estimate process, installation and follow up visit. The windows are all they were promised to be and look beautiful 🙂

The windows are of great quality, the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend buying your windows from them!!
I'm very pleased after 6 months with my new windows. From sales to installation, Window Depot has delivered on every level. A local Ohio business that sells and installs a high quality window product. No pushy sales-person and professionals that installed our windows quickly and without a mess inside or outside.
Window Depot's installers were wonderful. They were very efficient and clean. We were very happy to work with Window Depot and have notice a big difference with our Triple Pane windows. Highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Window Depot. Purchased windows for the entire house. Bob was our sales rep and was great. No high pressure here. Installer Ron is very experienced and did a very nice job. He's very conscientious. Bob comes back out after the job and confirms satisfaction. Great warranty and product
We had four windows replaced in our small second floor office. They look beautiful and match the style of our older home perfectly. The installation team did a wonderful job and now that room is no longer drafty and cold.

We are very pleased with both the service and the window. We did some shopping around before we decided on Window Depot. The quality of the window and the price they gave us far exceeded the other bids. And the gentlemen that installed the windows were extremely polite and eager to please. We have thirty-two windows in our house, and they installed all of them in two and a half days. They cleaned up afterwards and all we had to do was enjoy them.
Had 13 new windows installed today. They did all the work in about 5 hours. Very professional and knowledgeable crew. They did a great job with the cleanup as well. Would recommend them to anyone needing new windows

Just had our windows replaced & now we can see through the window!!!!!!!Really love it... The bay window is really gorgeous.... love, love it!!!!! The installers were really courteous and did a really nice job. They did not rush and took the time making sure the windows were perfect. Richard the General Manager did a good job explaining everything and came back after the installation to inspect the project as promised. Very happy with my Window Depot experience.
Overall, our experience with Window Depot was fabulous. When we signed the contract to get our windows, Rich from Window Depot was able to have the windows ready to be installed within the time frame we requested. The installation was a fairly seamless process, and the windows are everything we have hoped for. Some of our windows didn't latch perfectly, but Rich came back in a timely manner to look at them and make sure we were good to go. Now our windows are great and we couldn't be happier!
