I was in need of replacing the old windows in my house and I had gotten several estimates from a couple local window company’s. Window Depot of Youngstown saved me money and I think the quality of the windows are excellent. My salesman, Steve H. was very knowledgeable and worked with me to make sure that all my questions were answered and that I got exactly what I was looking for. The installers were great. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to install my windows, and their workmanship was very good.

I called Rich about getting a new door. He came out the next day to give me an estimate and we ordered the door. When the door arrived his team called schedule the appointment. They were on time and so clean. I would recommend Window Depot to anyone looking for great service at a fabulous price

We had window depot install New vinyl siding, They were the only company that could find the color we wanted. The installers were great. After 2 weeks the trim got damaged by a garage door malfunction, no fault of window depot, showed him a picture of the damage and with in days they repaired it. Great job ! Thank you

I can’t say enough about Window Depot from the knowledgeable salesman Matt who worked with me every step of the way, the great customer service/support to the well equipped and detail oriented installers.

Communication was great with Window Depot. They showed up on time, removed and installed all my windows without any damage to my home, cleaned up behind them then demonstrated how to use the windows by lunchtime also hauled away my 30 year old junk. We had estimates from 3 other companies besides Window Depot and Window Depot had the best price and were the only company to offer triple pane windows. We are very pleased with the installation and the product. The windows have provided a warm and quiet house. We had trouble with one window opening and the final inspection by Steve showed that the weather strip on the bottom sash was damaged. They have promised to replace the lower sash. Other than that, we are very pleased with Window Depot.

They did not rush and took the time making sure the windows were perfect. Window Depot was recommended to me by a good friend who is a contractor with years spent as a glazier. This is the second time I've bought windows from them, one for 7 and one for 8 + 2 doors. The first order went without a hitch. This one there were problems with the doors, one was ordered the wrong size, and the other had a misshapen frame. The staff responded quickly and politely to the problem, correcting them without complaint as rapidly as possible. The prices are great, the service is wonderful, I recommend this shop wholeheartedly.

Nice place to do business. We had them install 33 replacement windows, and everyone from Ilene, Kevin, Eric, and Charles/crew were all very professional. The windows at first go around look to be a quality product. We've noticed a big difference in the overall warmth of the house after the install.
And Installation guys took the extra time to do it right. You install it once......and live with it for a long time.

I love my new windows! The noise level is down which was the main reason for having them installed. The appearance, the insulating factor, and the ease of cleaning are all a bonus. The installation was done professionally and the installers couldn't have been nicer. All the people from the salesman, to the office personal, to the installers couldn't have been any nicer and helpful. I would highly recommended this company!!

2 installers from Youngstown arrived when scheduled and on time.
They got set up and started replacing 5, 71" x 13", transom windows.
No damage to the vinyl siding or interior walls.
John and his assistant were very friendly and polite, did a great job with attention to detail, the finished install looks better than the original windows.
They did not stop working for a break or lunch.
The new windows look great, the whole process was a good experience.

Overall, our experience with Window Depot was fabulous. When we signed the contract to get our windows, Rich from Window Depot was able to have the windows ready to be installed within the time frame we requested. The installation was a fairly seamless process, and the windows are everything we have hoped for. Some of our windows didn't latch perfectly, but Rich came back in a timely manner to look at them and make sure we were good to go. Now our windows are great and we couldn't be happier!

Called to have a window inspected as we thought it was in need of replacement. Rich was prompt with appointment arrival time and could not have been more professional during his visit. He was able to fix the issue on the spot and saved us a few dollars from what we were anticipating to pay for the window.
