We had window depot install New vinyl siding, They were the only company that could find the color we wanted. The installers were great. After 2 weeks the trim got damaged by a garage door malfunction, no fault of window depot, showed him a picture of the damage and with in days they repaired it. Great job ! Thank you

I had a whole house replacement this week, including a sliding glass door. Window Depot has been great from the start and all the way through the installation process. I can honestly tell a difference with the triple pane windows.

My wife and I just got all the windows in our house, and our sliding door installed this morning. Overall, our experience with Window Depot was fabulous. When we signed the contract to get our windows, Rich from Window Depot was able to have the windows ready to be installed within the time frame we requested. The installation was a fairly seamless process, and the windows are everything we have hoped for. Some of our windows didn't latch perfectly, but Rich came back in a timely manner to look at them and make sure we were good to go. Now our windows are great and we couldn't be happier!

The entire experience was wonderful. From meeting with the designer to speaking with the office and finally the installation we had done today, everything was great! The personnel of Window Depot of Youngstown, OH., were very friendly, helpful, accommodating, and answered all questions. They went into detail of the attributes of the window, financing and installation. The installers of the windows were friendly, knowledgeable and careful of our personal property inside and outside. THE GUYS WHO INSTALLED THE WINDOWS ACTUALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING !Nice place to do business. We had them install 33 replacement windows, and everyone from Ilene, Kevin, Eric, and Charles/crew were all very professional. The windows at first go around look to be a quality product. We've noticed a big difference in the overall warmth of the house after the install.And Installation guys took the extra time to do it right. You install it once......and live with it for a long time.

I love my new windows! The noise level is down which was the main reason for having them installed. The appearance, the insulating factor, and the ease of cleaning are all a bonus. Window Depot was recommended to me by a good friend who is a contractor with years spent as a glazier. This is the second time I've bought windows from them, one for 7 and one for 8 + 2 doors. The first order went without a hitch. This one there were problems with the doors, one was ordered the wrong size, and the other had a misshapen frame. The staff responded quickly and politely to the problem, correcting them without complaint as rapidly as possible. The prices are great, the service is wonderful, I recommend this shop wholeheartedly.

Had 12 windows replaced. Very good customer service. Salesman Robert is exceptional. Had a problem with a window when cleaning for the first time and couldn't close the window. After not being able to get through to the main office since it was a Saturday, I called Robert out of desperation. He came to my house....on his day off.....and fixed the problem and I'm eternally grateful!! The installers were very professional and did a good job cleaning up. Happy with my experience with Window Depot! I would recommend them to others.

I am very pleased at the looks and awesome installation of my new Triple Pane sliding doors from Window Depot. Robert the sales man was very professional and wonderful, he was not exaggerating about these doors at all. They were able to match the competition on the price and the installation was fast and professional. They installed two doors quickly and did an awesome job. The doors are so easy to open and gave me that sound barrier and insulation I was expecting. All around good service and great job. I would recommend them any time!!

We have been looking at getting new windows in our house for the last 5 years. They were the original windows in a house that is almost 60 years old. Every part of our Window Depot experience was "top shelf" from Richard Begalla, to the guys that installed them, not to mention the affordable price. My wife and I are very thrilled with the aesthetics and added comfort that they provide to our home as well.

Robert, our sales representative was very polite and professional and very knowledgeable about the products. He didn’t bad mouth other companies as some sales reps did. The installers were great. They were very meticulous, and funny. They did a great job and were very conscious about making no messes. Any little bit that was made, they totally cleaned up. We highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with both the service and the window. We did some shopping around before we decided on Window Depot. The quality of the window and the price they gave us far exceeded the other bids. And the gentlemen that installed the windows were extremely polite and eager to please. We have thirty-two windows in our house, and they installed all of them in two and a half days. They cleaned up afterwards and all we had to do was enjoy them.

Just had new triple-pane windows installed upstairs in my house. What an improvement! The new windows look beautiful! Very quiet, very easy to use. The window tint is also great for privacy. I would definitely recommend Window Depot to anyone looking for new windows!

Just moved to youngstown from upstate NY I was looking to replace my windows and doors I did my home work and called WINDOW DEPOT Richard came to my home and explained every step of the process . I had four Window Depot windows installed this morning. Walt and Vern arrived at 8:30am. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30-0930am. I was very happy with the early arrival. They did an excellent job installing my windows. From the time they arrived they didn’t stop working.
Angela from the Window Depot stopped by with a gift and she was checking to make sure I was happy with the job so far.

After shopping around for windows we decided on window depot of Youngstown. Their triple pane windows were comparable in price with the other companies double pane. The installers were very professional and did a nice job. Robert and Richard were both very nice and came back for a final inspection to make sure we were happy with the windows and to see if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend them. In fact we will be calling them again when we decide to get new doors.

Window Depot had the best value of all the other companies, and I checked them all..Their prices were around mid-range of the others, but we got triple pane windows instead of double pane..They are beautiful inside and out. I can’t say enough about Window Depot from the knowledgeable salesman Matt who worked with me every step of the way, the great customer service/support to the well equipped and detail oriented installers.
Communication was great with Window Depot. They showed up on time, removed and installed all my windows without any damage to my home, cleaned up behind them then demonstrated how to use the windows by lunchtime also hauled away my 30 year old junk. The new ones are triple pane helping tremendously with drafts and I’ve seen a big drop in heating needs. I would recommend Window Depot.

We had estimates from 3 other companies besides Window Depot and Window Depot had the best price and were the only company to offer triple pane windows. We are very pleased with the installation and the product. The windows have provided a warm and quiet house. We had trouble with one window opening and the final inspection by Steve showed that the weather strip on the bottom sash was damaged. They have promised to replace the lower sash. Other than that, we are very pleased with Window Depot.

2 installers from Youngstown arrived when scheduled and on time.
They got set up and started replacing 5, 71" x 13", transom windows.
No damage to the vinyl siding or interior walls.
John and his assistant were very friendly and polite, did a great job with attention to detail, the finished install looks better than the original windows.
They did not stop working for a break or lunch.
The new windows look great, the whole process was a good experience.
