Had our Windows installed about 3 months ago. Have already noticed a significant difference in my cooling cost. Also LOVE having the option to open front Windows which were stationery before. The installers were clean, neat and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone. LoVE my new Windows. Ready for Window Depot to do my next project....SIDING!!! ?

We ordered 13 windows from them after a home sales presentation. Robert was professional and not pushy. He explained things simply while highlighting the benefits of each design feature. The windows came in about 6 weeks and were installed in a matter of hours. They hauled all the old windows and trash away. My favorite feature of the windows is that you can hear them suctioning shut really creating a seal. Our home is already warmer and has such beautiful natural light.

My wife and I just got all the windows in our house, and our sliding door installed this morning. We couldnt be more happy with how kind the installers were, the quality of their install and the quality of the product! We were so happy we set up to get a quote for our doors as well! We highly recommend!

We had window depot install New vinyl siding, They were the only company that could find the color we wanted. The installers were great. After 2 weeks the trim got damaged by a garage door malfunction, no fault of window depot, showed him a picture of the damage and with in days they repaired it. Great job ! Thank you

Called to have a window inspected as we thought it was in need of replacement. Rich was prompt with appointment arrival time and could not have been more professional during his visit. He was able to fix the issue on the spot and saved us a few dollars from what we were anticipating to pay for the window. Had 12 windows replaced. Very good customer service. Salesman Robert is exceptional. Had a problem with a window when cleaning for the first time and couldn't close the window. After not being able to get through to the main office since it was a Saturday, I called Robert out of desperation. He came to my house....on his day off.....and fixed the problem and I'm eternally grateful!! The installers were very professional and did a good job cleaning up. Happy with my experience with Window Depot! I would recommend them to others.

We had new windows installed recently and are very pleased with this company. The sales person, Robert was very knowledgeable and thorough, and professional. We were pleasantly surprised when the installation of 12 windows took only 3-4 hours and all debris was hauled away. The triple panes keep the cold out, and no condensation! If you are in the market for new windows give them a chance. These guys and gals will make it happen. Rich came out to our property to meet with us sometime after the install. Seeing his attention to detail and taking the time to explain and answer all of our questions was fantastic. i really enjoyed his knowledge and demeanor to strive for a perfect job. Very satisfied with window depot and their product. We purchased 13 double hung triple panes and they were well beyond my expectation.

I had four Window Depot windows installed this morning. Walt and Vern arrived at 8:30am. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30-0930am. I was very happy with the early arrival. They did an excellent job installing my windows. From the time they arrived they didn’t stop working.

Window Depot was recommended to me by a good friend who is a contractor with years spent as a glazier. This is the second time I've bought windows from them, one for 7 and one for 8 + 2 doors. The first order went without a hitch. This one there were problems with the doors, one was ordered the wrong size, and the other had a misshapen frame. The staff responded quickly and politely to the problem, correcting them without complaint as rapidly as possible. The prices are great, the service is wonderful, I recommend this shop wholeheartedly.

The quality of the window and the price they gave us far exceeded the other bids. And the gentlemen that installed the windows were extremely polite and eager to please. We have thirty-two windows in our house, and they installed all of them in two and a half days. They cleaned up afterwards and all we had to do was enjoy them.

I can’t say enough about Window Depot from the knowledgeable salesman Matt who worked with me every step of the way, the great customer service/support to the well equipped and detail oriented installers.
Communication was great with Window Depot. They showed up on time, removed and installed all my windows without any damage to my home, cleaned up behind them then demonstrated how to use the windows by lunchtime also hauled away my 30 year old junk. The new ones are triple pane helping tremendously with drafts and I’ve seen a big drop in heating needs. I would recommend Window Depot.

I would highly recommend them to everyone. We had them replace our windows and siding. We ordered the windows with the crossbars within the glass. So much easier to clean and the tilt in feature is great. The siding is insulated as well as beautiful. We have received many compliments. The installers were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. I can’t say enough of how satisfied we are. If you need windows or siding then call them. You will be glad that you did.

We had Window Depot install 6 triple pane windows to replace the old double pane windows. We opted for the cherry finish on the inside to get the wood look to match the wood flooring. The windows look great and we couldn’t be happier. The sales guy was very friendly and knowledgeable about windows, even the competitor’s products. The installers were very friendly as well and did a very nice job. They cleaned up the inside and outside of the house.

We had them install 33 replacement windows, and everyone from Ilene, Kevin, Eric, and Charles/crew were all very professional. The windows at first go around look to be a quality product. We've noticed a big difference in the overall warmth of the house after the install.And Installation guys took the extra time to do it right. You install it once......and live with it for a long time.

Very quick and efficient service. Attendants Ron & John were top quality professionals and did an awesome clean up job. And of course, above all, the windows look and feel incredible. And by feel I mean the house is a lot warmer during this chilly winter. Definitely recommend Window Depots service.

Overall, our experience with Window Depot was fabulous. When we signed the contract to get our windows, Rich from Window Depot was able to have the windows ready to be installed within the time frame we requested. The installation was a fairly seamless process, and the windows are everything we have hoped for. Some of our windows didn't latch perfectly, but Rich came back in a timely manner to look at them and make sure we were good to go. Now our windows are great and we couldn't be happier!

Our sales rep Steve was wonderful. He took the time to sit with us and go over every detail. Steve was patient with answering all of our questions. The install was quick and timely. The windows look wonderful from the inside and out! Everyone tells us right away when they come by how great they look and that they notice the difference right away! Robert Mocker what is the salesman in charge of my project.... had 10 windows installed..... the installers were professional and cleaned up very well. I noticed immediate benefits of my new windows no drafts no condensation perfectly sealed. I would highly recommend Window Depot to anybody who's in the market for Windows and doors

Helpful sales team, to go along with attention to detail installation guys. Great windows, we did encounter a slight problem. Rich did everything he could to help us out and take care of the situation, including stopping out on a weekend so we didn’t have to take time off work! Great company would recommend to others!

We ordered 13 windows from them. They came in in about 6 weeks and installed them in a few hours. They cleaned everything up and hauled away the trash and old windows. 2 installers from Youngstown arrived when scheduled and on time.
They got set up and started replacing 5, 71" x 13", transom windows.
No damage to the vinyl siding or interior walls.
John and his assistant were very friendly and polite, did a great job with attention to detail, the finished install looks better than the original windows.
They did not stop working for a break or lunch.
The new windows look great, the whole process was a good experience.

Just had new triple-pane windows installed upstairs in my house. What an improvement! The new windows look beautiful! Very quiet, very easy to use. The window tint is also great for privacy. I would definitely recommend Window Depot to anyone looking for new windows!

We ordered the cherry wood windows....triple paned...low E....Our house is all electric.....Our house is so warm now....We don't have to put up plastic at the windows anymore....The house stays warm.Robert our sales guy was very knowledgeable and gave us a very good deal...The gentlemen who installed them were very good....they completely cleaned up everything.....I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone...if it was a 10 Star they would get it.

We are very pleased with the picture windows and the architectural windows in our all seasons room. The temperature is even in the room and the outside noise level has been reduced. The installers were very professional, quiet, and cleaned up when done. We plan to use this company again in the near future.

Robert the sales man was very professional and wonderful, he was not exaggerating about these doors at all. They were able to match the competition on the price and the installation was fast and professional. They installed two doors quickly and did an awesome job.
